We may update these Terms at any time. Continued product or website use constitutes acceptance.

1. ELIGIBILITY & FREE CERTIFICATE

- We manually identify U.S. real estate agents with ≥5-star ratings and ≥20 reviews on public platforms. Due to manual evaluation, we cannot cover all agents, if you are eligible send your details at [email protected] for evaluation.

- Eligible agents may receive one free digital PDF certificate via email.  

- Certificate delivery requires your explicit written consent ("YES" reply).  

- This certificate is not an endorsement by third-party platforms.  

2. TRUST AMPLIFIER PRODUCT

- What You Get: For $497, you receive:  

 (a) Digital plaque,  

 (b) Digital badge,  

 (c) QR code linking to your profile on our website.  

- CBSA Exclusivity:  

 - Only "ONE" Trust Amplifier sold per CBSA code.

3. Payment and Delivery

- Payment: Payment**: $497 via approved methods (e.g., Payoneer).

- CBSA Exclusivity: Only 1 Trust Amplifier sold per Core Based Statistical Area.  

- Duplicate Orders: Automatically void with 100% refund.

- Delivery: Password-protected ZIP file emailed within 24 hours (Same email will have the password)

- Access: Password-protected ZIP file will be sent as attachment in email and can be downloaded from there and password will also be available in the same email.

4. Strict Refund Policy 

- NO REFUNDS after delivery (password sent) due to digital nature of the product and CBSA exclusivity.

- Exceptions only for:  

 - Defective QR code/profile (reported with video proof within 72 hours)  

 - CBSA duplication error (100% refund)

5. Manual Data Handling  

- Collected data: Name, email, license number, CBSA, payment proof.  

- Storage: Digitally stored in a USB drive.  

- No encryption: All files stored in plain text format.  

- Deletion Schedule:  

 - Names/emails deleted after 2 years

 - License numbers deleted after 5 years  

 - Payment records deleted after 7 years

6. US State Compliance  

- California (CCPA): No data sales - Deletion requests: [email protected]

- Illinois (BIPA): No biometric data collection  

- All States: Not affiliated with NAR®/MLS®/Realtor® associations.

- Jurisdiction-Specific Terms 

- California Residents

- Under California Civil Code § 1749, you generally have 7 days to cancel digital purchases. However, by purchasing the Kit:  

 - You expressly agree that we may begin supplying the digital product "immediately" after purchase.  

 - You acknowledge the Kit is customized/personalized (e.g., includes your name, reviews, or license details).  

 - You waive your right to cancel or request a refund once the Kit is delivered.  

- New York Residents

- Under NY General Business Law § 396-i, we clearly disclose our “no refunds” policy here. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.  

- Florida Residents

- Under Florida Statute § 501.142, digital goods are exempt from refund requirements if the policy is clearly disclosed.  

- All Other States

- Refund rights vary by state. Check you state specific rules regarding refund for digital goods, if refund is applicable according to your state rules contact us on [email protected] to get refund.

7. Exclusive Jurisdiction 

- All disputes must be filed IN PERSON at Tis Hazari District Court,  

Tis Hazari, Delhi-110054, India.  

Online filings are VOID.

- You permanently waive rights to sue in any other country, including USA courts. 

- Claims barred if not filed within "90 days" of product delivery.

- You waive all legal rights and consumer protection laws outside India.

- Indian law governs this agreement.

8. LIABILITY CAP

Your SOLE REMEDY AND OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $497 (THE PRODUCT PRICE). Personal assets of Suman Lata (home, savings, vehicles) are absolutely exempt from all liabilities. We are not liable for:  

- Business outcomes or revenue changes.  

- Technical issues (e.g., email delivery failures, website load issue).  

- Accuracy of third-party review data.

9. Anti-Lawsuit Penalties  

If you initiate legal action 1q at rrwq1fneboutside India:  

Q- You automatically oweq $5000 USD penalty  

- Plus 100% of our legal fees (minimum $2,000)

- Payable within 15 days via wire transfer

10. Critical Waivers  

- NO GUARANTEES: Trust Amplifier is a digital marketing product. No income or client acquisition promises.  

- NO CLASS ACTIONS: Claims must be brought individually.  

- NO JOINT CLAIMS: Cannot combine disputes with other agents.  

11. Binding Acceptance  

By replying "Yes" in the email asking you to view our policies or completing payment, you irrevocably confirm:  

- Exclusive jurisdiction = Tis Hazari District Court,  

Tis Hazari, Delhi-110054, India.

- Max liability = $497  

- Personal assets of Suman Lata protected  

- No refunds after delivery(refund under specific jurisdiction rules according to section 6)

- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued product or website use constitutes acceptance.
